All of our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for fabrication prior to shipment, though many orders are completed and shipped sooner.

If you have a specific deadline, we recommend reaching out before placing your order—we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Complimentary shipping is included on all domestic orders, with expedited delivery options available for those who need their jewelry sooner.

Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please take a moment to review all item descriptions carefully before placing your order, as sizes and details are clearly listed for each piece.

If your jewelry arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible—we’re happy to help.

Because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. However, unworn items may be returned for store credit. Solid 14k gold pieces are not eligible for return or store credit due to the high cost of materials.

We stand behind the quality of our work and will repair or replace any item if there is an error on our part at no cost to you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be returned within 14 business days of delivery, securely packaged, and in unused (never worn) condition. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.

Ring Resizing Policy 

All rings are handmade to order and crafted individually in your selected size. Please be sure of your correct ring size before placing your order.

If a resize is needed, we offer this service for a $35 fee, plus the cost of return shipping. Please note that some designs are not eligible for resizing.
