FAQ
What is handmade jewelry?
Handmade jewelry is crafted without the use of casting or molds. Each piece is individually cut, formed, soldered, and finished by hand. It takes skill, patience, and a steady hand to shape sterling silver and gold the old-school way—no shortcuts, no mass production.
In other words, every piece has a human behind it… not just a machine.
How long does it take for my jewelry to ship?
All of our jewelry is handmade to order right here in our Arizona studio. Please allow up to 7 business days for fabrication before shipment, though many orders head out much sooner.
We work as quickly as we can—but good things (and well-made jewelry) are worth the wait.
Are your stud earrings real sterling silver? Why aren’t they stamped?
Yes, all of our sterling pieces are made from solid .925 sterling silver.
Because our jewelry is cut from sheet metal and fabricated by hand (not cast), very small pieces like stud earrings often cannot be stamped without distorting the metal. We use prefabricated sterling posts, which may be hallmarked initially, but after soldering we work-harden them for strength, which can remove or obscure those markings.
In the U.S., hallmarking is not required for handmade items, and due to size and process, the finished piece may not carry a visible stamp. Stamps are often associated with sterling, but they’re not required and don’t always tell the full story. We focus on using genuine materials and making each piece by hand.
Every piece is made with .925 sterling silver and backed by thousands of customer reviews.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—we offer complimentary USPS First Class shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders. If you need your treasure a bit sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our workbench to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are declared at full value, as required by law. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once the package reaches your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every port has its own rules, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re always happy to answer questions before you place your order.
Because each piece is handmade to order, all sales are considered final. However, unworn items may be returned for store credit. Solid 10k and 14k gold pieces are not eligible for return or store credit due to the high cost of materials.
We stand behind our work and will repair or replace any item if there is an error on our part—no questions asked.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be sent back within 14 business days of delivery, securely packaged, and in unused (never worn) condition. Please include a copy of your invoice.
